I don't know, my aunt had a gray-and-red one, and that bird knew all the 'good' words :p
Try to find out what kinds of birds they are and then just wikipedia it.
    Wiki knows all

you cant teach budgies to talk, but it will be hard since you have four of them and they
will readily bond with each other first befor they bond with you.

Also notice that the will not talk like a parrot.

the tones will be ways softer to pick up and a little harder to understand.

feel free to ask anymore questions

Yeh, budgerigars have the ability to imitate the human voice. My father in law
breeds them. It's like a natural mechanism in them for keeping in contact with
their own flock and habitat rather like pinging, they make a familiar sound and see how
they takes to get a reply that's why they repeat themselves.

    They're cute!

But if you're gonna try to teach them something, why not teach them how to click lol....they could fly to various wi-fi hotspots, surf your sites, and you can have your own army of Click Budgies.

/word to the noobs - just a joke, don't screw around with click fraud, you'll get banned eventually

// jeez I feel like a tool for that disclaimer, but after some idiotic threads I've seen lately I feel obliged....

Any way, cute birds - a friend of mine's husband dislikes their birds, and whenever she goes out of town on business, when she gets back they're all saying things like "back in the cage!" and "quit flying around dammit".
