I also complaint about these fake ads on ebay
one day I checked ebay for buying alienware laptop.
They offered me half the price. Asked me to pay 30% in advance
I am a bit suspisious about them after further chat I found out they are scamming.
I contacted ebay 3 times and many other sites and initiate a complaint.
ebay removed their ads and ebay said they will take strict actions against them.
I am bit scared now because they know my phone no and address.

privacy isnt important anymore in digital world eh? you never know how far these scumbags would do with just a few details of your background. loan application, cyber harassment and the list goes on. this happens in real world. calling someone a pussy for actually worried his privacy being breached isnt good at all.

privacy is no longer a possibility.

* all google searches are logged and publicly available to anyone.

* many companies store information in databases that can be breached.

* a few years ago browser history could be read with a "history logger" script that exploited a flaw in firefox, this was supposedly fixed.

* people disclose information on social media that should be kept private.

* people carelessly throw out bills, statements, receipts, etc. without shredding them.

* people give away personal data in exchange for coupons that give them 25% off their favorite brand of soap. in case you don't know, the info is used to build a file on the sender.

* celebs take selfies and then store them on apple's servers.

etc. etc.
