Hi all,
I’m trying to help a friend with some local SEO.
They’ve created multiple location pages with the exact generic text of around 100 words. They are changing just the location and service areas. I know this isn’t a good idea for multiple reasons.
However, many of these pages are ranking in the top 3 for the locations they’re targetting.
My plan was to create new pages with relevant SEO-optimized content. But… should I just update the pages which are ranking? I just don’t like how they’ve been set up (incorrect URLs, titles, etc.)
Or can I create brand new location pages and do some kind of redirect?
Any advice, please!
