When comparing two of our plans, with “Rotating every request” you'll get 14 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload software speed limits with the base 40-thread package, and with larger packages the speed limit is raised proportionally.
With “Rotating every 10 minutes” your software speed limits will be 2.34 Mbps download and 0.78 Mbps upload per port regardless of the package.
However, those values represent the upper speed limit possible with each port, however, due to a variety of hardware factors the final connection speed to each individual residential proxy may be lower.
Also, with “Rotating every request” you won't have access to US, CA, GB, AU, NZ and EU countries, so if that's important for you, than “Rotating every 10 minutes” is your only option.

You can reach out to our support team and they'll share some sample proxy IPs which you'll be able to then check.
As we mentioned in our response to that user, some of our IP may be blacklisted by some services, but since we constantly refresh our pool, most of our IPs will be new and untouched.
