Service is decent, but there's constant frustrations with their payment provider, FastSpring.

You need to disable your VPN to make the purchase, fine. The payment goes through, but then the renewal doesn't, because you tried making a payment over a month ago with a VPN. But that payment went through? And there's years of payment history without a single chargeback? So what risk does an AUTOMATIC renewal have when the first payment went through fine? Makes no sense.

They'll tell you that you can make payments manually, but who wants to remember making crypto payments every month or your proxies go down? Worse, even if you want to switch from credit card to manual payments, you'll be given new IPs and ports each time so you have to update it everywhere again.

Acceptable service, but their payment issues make it not worth it.

One thing we forgot to mention: the vast majority of the payment issues occurs with payment card payment, so you'll much more like to have a hassle-free experience when purchasing a subscription via PayPal.
