This topic focuses on the importance of local SEO for small businesses targeting a specific geographic area versus global SEO for

businesses with a wider target audience. BHW Members, you can debate the advantages and disadvantages of each approach and

their impact on business growth.

I don't get what you're trying to ask?

Both are 2 different things made for 2 different audience market.

It depends on your niche/industry if your service or product is based on local audience then former will benefit more.

Else if you have a product/service that targets global audience then global SEO will help.

Local SEO: Targets a specific area, city, or region audience.

Global SEO: Targets a Global audience.

It depends on your business.

SEO can be very helpful in growing a business, It's upto you to decide between global and local SEO and what works best for your business. Whereas, Traditional SEO focuses on improving your site's visibility on a national scale and local SEO focuses on improving your visibility in local search ranking.

Yes! I agree to you People!

This was the recent update going on now! Just wanted to Explore how Local SEO helps people to grow their Local Businesses...

The answer to this question depends on your business's nature and goals. If you're a local business that caters to a particular area, then local SEO might be the way to go. With local SEO, you basically tweak your website and online presence so that you show up in local search results, like on Google Maps and directories. That way, you can get in touch with potential customers in your area and bring more people to your doorstep.

Good Idea!

As discussed before, its entirely depends on what kind of business. Local SEO target on specific location or people and Global SEO for global audience.

That varies from business to business. some business is only limited to certain location and can't delivered worldwide.

Depends on type of business but Local SEO from my POV.

You are absolutely correct. The choice between local SEO and global SEO depends entirely on the nature

and goals of the business. But for a Small Business The Initial Concentration Should Be Done For Local

SEO Or Directly on Global audience?

The choice between local SEO and global SEO depends on your business's target audience and reach. If your focus is on local customers, local SEO can be more advantageous. However, if your products or services cater to a global market, global SEO may provide greater benefits.

For digital products/services: go global
Otherwise stick to local SEO.

The choice between local SEO and global SEO depends on your business type and the audience you are targeting. If you want to promote your business in your local area, you should focus on Local SEO like creating GMB, Local listing, focus on local keywords, and all. Also, I would suggest, if you are targeting global SEO, first you have to optimize for local SEO then you can start optimizing globally.

The choice between local SEO and global SEO depends on your business goals. Local SEO is beneficial for businesses targeting specific geographic areas, with benefits such as targeted audience, higher conversion rates, and less competition and many more. Global SEO, on the other hand, is suitable for businesses with an international focus, offering broader reach, increased brand visibility, access to diverse markets, scalability, and potential long-term growth. Ultimately, the most beneficial approach depends on your business objectives & whether you aim to cater primarily to local customers or expand globally. Depends on your target audience and business scope to determine which strategy aligns best with your business.
Informative!

If you're business is a local one, you would be wasting resources targeting those are not your realistic potential customers.

Owning a shop in a small town but targeting the entire country or continent is stupid. Dominate your locality then gradually expand if there's need for that.
