I think that my website is in sandbox for google[.]de

Because it is ranking on spot 778 for its main keyword.

But in google[.]at it is ranking on spot 10

The site is 6 months old and has 39 unique articles published. The keyword is hard .. I only see serp movement in google[.]at but not in .de

The domain is a .com TLD

    What can I do?

I am building Backlinks constantly since 2 months .. but no movement in google[.]de

omg, I were just trying to solve this 1 hour ago or so.
I was OK on google #14 for my main keyword the whole day long, but 1 hour ago my site seems to disappear from google, but a lot of tools was showing my site as #12.

google US/BRAZIL did not returned my site at #12, but when I used an US proxy, I can see my site there, on #12.

Now, after a while, my site is OK without proxy on google Brazil.

    Its confusing.

edit: Also, at the same time my site was not showing on google Brazil without proxy, I noted that google did not let me search things with some commands, like "site:" "inurl:" "intitle:" but who knows if these things are related to each other...
