For example, if you're trying to rank a kitchen renovation company in a region, how would you do keyword research?

When performing usual national keyword research, some of the top keywords could be:

kitchen renovation <city>, cheap kitchen renovation, small kitchen renovation, kitchen renovation cost etc

If I'm trying to rank for a smaller region within the city, would you just add the name of the region to the keyword?

E.g., kitchen renovation inner west, cheap kitchen renovations inner west, small kitchen renovations inner west, kitchen renovation costs in the inner

As a result, would the best url format be company.com/inner-west/cheap-kitchen-renovations?

I would focus on keywords with location and also try searches nearby
