Local Directory site need to get ranked..

    Hello,

    I started new local directory site (using Wordpress) with restaurants niche.
    something like;
    NewYorkBestRestaurants.com

    I need to get them to ranked.
    I started by writing 5-10 articles and planning to submit to ezinearticles.

    What else can I get to get ranked high on google.

    When I analyze keyword like "cityname restaurants", traffic travis showing
    that it's not difficult to rank high on this keyword.

    Any tips is greatly appreciated.
