Just curious - do most folks here have an LLC? What is the cheapest way to setup an legitimate LLC?

most states have a online resource to help you out. I have a LLC and its the best way to protect yourself against suits and such.

Other than cost, I don't really understand the LLC appeal over INC.
And the more I read about anon corp, the better it looks to me.

S Corp for me. LLC just didn't offer enough for my particular tax situation. From a liability standpoint, an LLC would work OK, but the S Corp has some additional perks that it the winner for my situation.
