Do a lot of you guys setup your own LLC when you sign up at networks? I have a colleague who is completely new to CPA (newbie to CPA, but 8yr+ in IM) insists that he'll have to set up a new LLC before he would even consider signing up with the networks. I've always just used my personal name and info with the networks, but now I'm thinking that maybe I should go the route of a LLC as well. So besides assets protection and possible lower income tax rate, are there other benefits as well? Thanks, any input is appreciated.
