[ Little urgent ] How to manage 100 Gmail account without getting banned ( for short term )

I Like to know how can I manage 100 of gmail accounts ? I have never done this before but right now for some reason about local competition I need to receive from 100 email account regularly and just to read it ( or may be answer it but i am not sure ) I have read a lot of horrible experience from this forum opening to many accounts from the same I think I'm not looking to use the for long term but is there any way I can check Gmail account from my Android for any way like forwarding or something you may know . I am looking to get suggestions from someone who have done this before and it will really be helpful. Thanks in advance and I really appreciate it that you have read this far.

Use rotating local IP + Live Linux (any) > Restart PC > Repeat

Thank you for the reply man but i am getting an idea. If i actually rotate the cellular IP and log all 100 accounts manually . Then i forward first 10 gmail to a specific gmail account and again do the same with the rest 90 accounts. Then using any email client and log to the only 10 accounts ( all 100 forwarding email with come here ) . Can i check the emails with an ease then ? To me it make sense.

No need for IP rotating. Just get a rdp and install any portable browser (https://portableapps.com).
Install them into 10 different folders. Now login into 10 gmails on each browser and make sure you forward all the emails to one email.

P.S - Does it any problem if i forward 10 gmail to one ? Is there any problem !!
