    I remember that last night doing a site:http://www.site.com was showing 350+ results but today it is only showing 56 results. I manually checked all the pages and they are indexed in Google. Also in GWT, the index chart is going up as usual...

    Is this something to worry about?

    Are all the 350+ pages individual articles or are some of them categories or other pages that might be excluded due to canonical tags?

    Individual articles.. The categories are already noindexed.

    Maybe it saw the pages as duplicate or too similar. Panda stuff....

    I agree. This sounds like Google categorized the web pages as duplicate content.

    Today I checked again and Google is showing all the pages properly... Now feeeling a lot happy :D

    Looks like something to do with their datacenter not panda as all the content was written by me...
