I've recently decided to open a seller account on amazon.

First of all, i've readed a lot about amazon and about product research, but finding good product for UK marketplace is high.

So, i have added some products from different niches, with prices ranging from 6 pounds to 40 pounds.

Actually, deciding to send a low stock has helped me since amazon is displaying "Hurry, just X left in stock". This would make potential custommers think it's a good product and has increased my sales. It's a little trick that i have learned myself.

Ok, everything fine. I decided to open an amazon campaign to sell all the stuff i had listed.

So far, i spend around 150 pounds and made sales about 60 pounds. A verry bad ROI. I have tried both automated and manual campaigns. On my manual campaigns i've set a bid around 0.90 and focus just on 2-3 main keywords with some search volume. Everything worked for the first 2 days. I've actually made sales with an average ROAS of 6.6. But, in the last 3 days, i've spend money and no sales we're mede. My ACOS jumped to 400% to my automated campaign and 250% on my manual campaign. Ads are delivering fine.

What would you suggest me to change in order to do not spend money on nothing. I've seen lots of click, very low conversion rate. Listings have competitive price and a very detalied product page with all the info written by hand.

I'm looking forward for some advice, or, how you guys manage your campaigns to reduce the spending and increase the costs.

At last, about my products, they are not expensive but every product is in a niche that produce a lot of sales.
