check formulists.com, it won't put you on people's list, but you can create auto-updating (set & forget) lists with it, if people see you list them they tend to list back

i don't know any service which forces people to put you on their lists

Sounds like a service niche for some body on fiverr.

What kind of critical mass were you looking for? 10, 100, 1000?

well depends if the lists are fake, filled mostly with fake accounts or real / paid etc

but anything in the range above 500/1000 looks better than ... 2 :D

    so id say 1000+

I suppose someone could design a bot that could do it, if you had 1000 live accounts to work with. I've only got about 35 but the idea of manually logging into them all and building lists doesn't sound fun even with that small number.

When people use formulist to create the usual type of list, they create a generic name and description. You could search for popular people who are listed alot, then look for others listed often and list them.

Not sure how to automate this, but their could be an easier way.

Also, looking for a way to list people who frequently give +K on Klout. That would be a great list to generate, track and keep tabs on.
