I thought that we could try and list the Top 20 performing CPA networks on the market at the moment. Maxbounty is my favorite. I also like copeac. I have a cpa lead account that I have never used, cause I think they took to long to let me in. I am also in adcommunal.net and they did not require a site or phone call and have always paid. I have been with them for about a year now. Ads4dough is also a good one. I have been with them for about a year now also.
Are we talk top 20 for making money or top 20 for getting away with "creative" marketing. NB and Copeac are in the latter

Can we have them in descending order (#1 at top) ? (in terms of timely payment, nice offers, doesn't shave much leads, etc)? I understand, everyone has their own experience about them, but lets see how differently you put them
By the way, please dont list random CPA networks. Only list them if you have already worked with them and had good experiences.
Any tips about neverblue? I am in the process of filling out their application and boy, is it a long one. How hard is it to be accepted by them?
