Help me help BHW :) Please read on...

We will soon be offering an unique service here on BHW. This is definitely going to be one of it's own kind. The service objective is to be able to help affiliates achieve more in less time. The idea is to offer invaluable end to end web marketing assistance through trained marketeers such as keyword research, niche identifying, article writing/rewriting/spinning/submissions, link-wheel building (manual/SEnuke/Xrummer,etc), squeeze page development and so much more. The most incredible thing about this service is going to be the part that all of this will be available to all our BHW members at a flat monthly rate. So you get to hire a full time dedicated web marketeer for a flat monthly fee. We are yet to work on the pricing part of the offer (most likely going to be between $800-$1200). One should be able to easily see a high ROI on this kind of a service even if the web marketeer is used to write just 250 unique articles a month. We will be launching it on the 'Services for sale' section once we have put everything together.

I started this thread on the affiliates section looking for some help from you all.

I need your help in making a list of functional/technical skills (e.g. understanding of keyword density/frequency, keyword research, working knowledge of WP themes, etc) that would be necessary for a web marketing assistant to be successful in this role.
I can't think of a better way to identify the skill-sets than asking you affiliates. So here it is...

Time to earn your thanks and reps ;)

Well I'll go ahead and say what I think the 'marketeer' should have.

-Skills in major programs such as SENuke, Xrumer, ect.
-Article creation/Spinning
-Ability to stay on course and do what he is paid to do
-Provide daily tracking
-Make themselves available during set times of the day on certain days to communicate
-Knowledge of Wordpress/Joomla
-Possibly knowledge of html/php
-Recommend advice when they feel they should

There's tons more of things to cover but that is from the top of my head.

prices are too high it is impossible for newbie to give that amount for a month
it is better to give one week or so free demo training to newbie, in that week if newbie think if he wants to continue or left it out
b/c why i am telling that is i am also suffering from this situation i know many things about keyword research, link wheel and etc but the main thing i am lacking is consistency, if anyone want to earn he must be consistent in his work

Thanks for your valuable input guys. Appreciate your time and insights.

tabish: We aren't going to target newbies for this service. You are probably right that newbies have a lot to figure out even before they start thinking in terms of 'outsourcing for growth.' Hope this makes sense.

Keep those suggestions coming in, I can use all I can get ;)

Hey guys,

Thought I will share an update with you all. We have gotten off to a good start already. Thanks to this thread :)

I already have two dedicated writers assisting large IM companies. Thank you for all your support.

u guys are right about the fact that many noobs have a lot to learn even about thinking about learning those services offered by you...

@ppcmaster: Sorry I can't agree with your point of view OK Tell me one thing, Why Expert marketer take training if he already expert in the field you offering for training.

Yeah, you are right. Web marketing is a defined skill set so the experts would know it all ;)

I'll tell you where you can make some ching from us noobs. Have some of your experts available to train/answer questions/assist noobs via phone or online. Being a noob myself, I'm finding it easy to get lost in all the free info that's out here. It's hard to put all that info together to know where to start or what to do next. It would be nice to have someone to call that could help out and point me in the right direction. Sort of like a mentor program. I'd pay for that!!!
