I am currently selling my eCommerce but I've had a hard time gaining any real traction on sites like Flippa and it's an 8-month old site so I have to wait until early next year to sell it on Empire Flippers and even later on FE International. I need to sell the site quick or at least before October and it doesn't look like it's going to happen on Flippa and some of the other sites I have it on. I did get some advice recently to reach out to buyers directly who regularly flip sites for-profit and have the money to spend to do so but the catch with that is I need a list of buyers to cold contact by email.

I actually like this idea instead of just waiting for something to happen which may never happen on these sites. My best shot realistically is to wait for Empire Flippers but since I won't have time to look after the site later in the fall the revenue is going to start dropping and the value so it may not even qualify by that point which is another reason why I have to sell the site ASAP.

Do you guys know what would be the best way to contact buyers like this or get a list names?

You can pay someone here to scrape a list of potential buyers with scrapebox. You could also try mass messaging on LinkedIn too.

You won't sell it for anything decent on Flippa.

    Try some outreach.

    Who
Find people who have a track record buying sites similar to yours.

    Where
On sites like empire flipper etc, search for sold / completed sales in your niche or similar.

    Outreach
Contact them via fb / LinkedIn with your pitch, with it being cold contact, ensure you lead with analytics.

I may try that scrapebox idea as I'm probably going to need some help with this since I'm unexperienced in selling sites. With LinkedIn should it be buyers/companies that have e-commerce stores like mines?

Thanks for the advice and it does sound more and more like Flippa is a lost cause that's why I'm looking into selling directly I just feel like I'm wasting time with Flippa.

Great tips because I have thought a little bit about finding buyers who already have completed sales if I can get their email or social media this might just work. Those people tend to buy sites all the time just to flip them for profit and I want buyers like that because they'll pay whatever to get the site as long as they know they can resell it for a lot of money. I'm going to look into that first and I got my analytics and whatever stats they need setup already as well when I get ready to contact them by cold contacting.

I really like the idea of searching these people out on Empire Flippers because those are legit buyers on there who pay a lot of money for sites on that platform.

Thanks for asking but nope not at all it's harder than it looks. I did ask a few people but it went nowhere.

I think I'm at a point now where I might need help selling it like hiring somebody to help sell it for me as I'm just no good selling it individually.

I did have a phony on here who acted like they were going to help but because I didn't have the price to pay them they ignored me so I need to find somebody cheap.

There used to be a member here, meathead1234 (?) that brokered these types of deals. Does anyone know if he still does this? He seemed to have connections and deals with high income websites.

Turns out better mod of this section and his company is FE International. I will graciously bow and slowly back away.

Good luck OP. If your site is legit, it seems like you should eventually find a buyer at the higher end of your asking price.

I couldn't sell through FE International because the site wasn't 18 months old or older yet.

I feel confident that I can find somebody but I need to do it quickly, I'm willing to come way down on the price if a buyer is serious.
