5 -6 hours video, and lets say you would like to have Full HD(1080p) video.
Since you would live stream, so you can not use a video optimizer tool(yo decrease video size) like hanbrake for post production.

So lets say, YT live video for 2 hour content would be approx 2 to 3 GB in Size. therefore 5-6 hour video content size will be 15 GB in average.
Now multiply that with max 150 watchers, equal to 2250 GB = 2 TB(Approx)
If you upload daily one such video, total size would be 30X2TB = 60TB
So you would need a server with at least 60 TB bandwidth capacity.

You would not need a graphics card, but you do need a hIgh RAM

If you open a 1080p video in your computer VLC(or any other video player), you would see RAM consumption increased 100MB to 150 MB

So 150 users would consume 150 X 125 MB = 18750 MB = 18GB (approx) of RAM

Another thing to notice, you would not need a high core processors, since your server would not do any video encoding. So any mid config CPU(like atom, core 2 duo or i3 or quad core) would do the job.

Now you know the basic requirements, so compare my list and find a suitable one for you

720p live video would size approx 1 to 1.5 GB in size.
If you can optimize the video size with handbrake encoder(H264 codec) before going live, you would be able to reduce the video size: 750MB to 900MB.
Rest, you can do the math on the basis of my above response

You need a server with graphics card(or GPU)

For hosting a Off shore server, main thing is server location.
So for example, if you could have a server from Russsia, Poland, Island, Ukraine, etc. Its all ok

Big companies don't even accept Paypal
Max of them are accepting only CC

So better get a VCC site(specially if you are not from Asia), which could accept Crypto to load your VCC.
Of course that VCC site should have normal loading charges for Cryptos

Once you get a VCC, use any of the Service from my List

I checked them, but they are not worthy, because they are re-selling same USA servers from my list with $$ profit margin.
However Server location :"bargain" has some good pricing, but they are under 100Mbps bandwidth. Where my list is for at least 1Gbps

But, I must say, their VPS plans are pretty good

This is a pretty beefy server for only $59 mo i had one of these also the ping was kindof slow tbh bc intel xeon e3-1240 is a bit older now but she's reliable.
