Lets say you create a linkwheel for a white hat site that is a few months old. Is this likely to get it sandboxed? What about it you created the linkwheel more slowly?

I'm just trying to get a feel for a nice safe way to do this. I don't want my existing site to get hit by Google.

I would think of linkwheels as low-risk. I have made quite a few now, some as large as 24 properties, and I have not had any problems on my new core domains. I wouldn't worry so much about it.

Is these an ebook to explain the process simply for noobs, yes i`m a noob sorry.

Am I correct in thinking you find a good keyword and use it in the title of all your properties?

Micallef, do you complete the wheel? Or have it broken? I'm just thinking about footprints and my paranoia!

Also, would you have a different landing page for each major keyword, with the keyword in the Title tag? I am thinking about whether I should have my normal navigational structure but then have landing pages that don't get linked to from the main site, but have all the navigation on the main site. i.e. one way link to the main site. Is this a good idea?

The guy that developed it posted some info on this forum. You could do a search. His name was lemon something. Damn I can't remember his name.

In the words of the late, great Michael Jackson, "It don't matter if you're black or white." If it gets you the traffic you want, then Black Hat or White Hat - it's all good :)

And for those who missed it, you can download Linus's (lemonsauce's) guide to linkwheels below:

Linus has proven himself to be a very savvy Web 2.0 expert and we are proud to have him as a member of this forum. He has been extremely helpful to all of the members who wanted to learn how to create LinkWheels.

I dont think it can get your money site sandboxed as you could do it to competitors. You could create a linkwheel to bring down your enemy could you?

To ItalianHawk:

No . . . Not if you do it the right way. Read the LinkWheel thread and you will learn everything you need to know. - Wiz -

Be sure to read his thread all the way through as well. A lot of questions you might have are covered on that thread.
