Linkwheel Links

Once your Web 2.0 Properties forming your linkwheels have been indexed by G do these Web 2.0 Properties show up in your links (either on G's backlink tool, backlinkwatch or yahoo site explorer)?

I can get my Web 2.0 properties indexed but so far I've not seen any of them show up as links to my money site.

Am I doing something wrong? Original content, varying anchor text, social bookmarking and pinging the sites. And they've been up for a number of weeks now.

Any thoughts guys?

I've had more link wheel backlinks show up in Yahoo site explorer than anywhere else. Google is known for not showing the majority of your backlinks. I haven't tried using backlink watch.

Try to be patient and let the backlinks get indexed. But you can speed the process up by pinging the backlink URL and its RSS feed at pingomatic . You can also try social bookmarking your link wheel properties.

So its been over 2 weeks since I created some Web 2.0 properties, added some unique content, pinged the urls and submitted the RSS feeds. I then social bookmarked the urls with a variety of social bookmarks thru SENuke.

Most of the urls are still not showing up as being indexed - ie if I search for the url in the G00gle search box no result shows up.

Any ideas what I have done wrong? Does this seem like a long time to wait for a site to be indexed? Do some sites just never get indexed?

any thoughts and tips to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

What about the content? Unique content seems to be your problem

In an instance like this, the main problems are:

1. keywords was too competitive
2. lack of enough promotion
3. too many links too fast


It doesn't really do you any good to worry about backlinks showing up or not after only 2 weeks. It takes some time before you can see an accurate listing of backlinks, and even then it's not 100%.

You're main concern is whether or not the site you are trying to rank using link wheels is actually ranking.

Well just to quote my own experience, I did some wheels 1 month back and I'm on first page of Google. All my web 2.0 links were indexed the same day but still none of them will show up on backlink tools. Couple of my properties also rank in pages 2 and 3. So it doesnt really matter as long as the juice gets flowing.

Can a site add any juice (and be part of a linkwheel as far as g00gle is concerned) if it is not yet indexed?
