Well, basically I have 2 questions that I'm in doubt currently.

    QUESTION #1
Some guys are suggesting to link to authority sites and make these links ******** (so Google can see that you're naturally linking to authority sites in your niche and don't pretty much care about passing some PR from your site to them), however according to some seo expert guys these links should be nofollow (seo pressor plugin is also suggesting to make them nofollow), so you can keep the link juice within your site and not to pass it away. What do you think about it? And what kind of links we should be using?

    QUESTION #2
Should I use my main keyword that I'm targeting within the article as an outbound link to authority site as well? Or should I use any related keyword from my niche and link to authority site?
For example. My main keyword is 'car insurance'. So should I link to authority site using the same anchor 'car insurance' within my article, or I can use any related keyword as an anchor text, for example 'auto insurance', 'cheap automobile insurance', etc. Please advice.

Link to some of them, but my recommendation is to not link to the direct pages of competitors that are ranking ahead of you OR close behind. No sense giving them any extra linkjuice than what's needed.

Don't bother NoFollowing it. At the end of the day, it doesn't really hurt to link out to these type of sites. But at the same time the benefit will be nill. I'd link if it's natural and won't hurt your conversions.

To be honest, there's a million other things you should probably be focusing on other than this right now.
