Hi guys.

When i see links on one of my sites on Majestic SEO, does that mean the link juice has passed to my site, or is it simply saying they have found the links?

Well, if Majestic has found it, I suppose that means Google has found it. And if Google has found it, then it would make some sense that Google has given you "credit" for it. That isn't a rule of thumb or anything, I can think of cases where the bump came a bit after the fact.

Sometimes Majestic discovers links faster than Google, sometimes Google discovers links faster than Majestic. And if Google discovers is than I suppose the link juice has been passed although the change in your SERPs might not come for the next month or even 2 month.

You can try and analyse the backlinks on more tools. Usually the results are different. Also this way you will see if you're setup is right and the backlinks are indexing to the right way (http.domain.com or http://www.domain.com way).
