Do links that are pointing to your website on pages that google has spidered but not indexed still count? What do you guys say?

I would think so... take a look at "profile links"... many of those are never indexed by Google because they don't add "value", but they have been spidered and the link is still helpful.

I'd be interested to know why the page is not indexed. Its possible that the page was "devalued" as a link farm or something... but speaking in general terms, I think if the page was spidered, you should be getting value from the link.
