I was wondering if it's a good idea to build links to your tier 1 sites (pointing to money page) and links direct to your money page?? I see this creating some type of footprint for BIG G to follow.

    Example:
    Money Page: whatever.com
Tier 1 Page: top10whatevers.blogspot.com -- Blogspot has anchor text "top10whatevers" pointing to "whatever.com"

    Web 2.0 - 2 links (say its whatever.wordpress.com)

1-anchor text: "What is whatever?" Link Pointing to "whatever.com"
2-anchor text: "Top 10 whatevers" Link Pointing to "top10whatevers.blogspot.com"

Not sure if the top makes sense. But let me know what you think.:p

Never interlink your tier 1 properties together.
That makes a link wheel and easy footprint to
find. If you want to build links to tier 1, you
need to make a tier 2 pointing to tier one, that
    points to your money site.

Always think 'chaos' for natural link-building. If it looks organised then generally Google will know its manipulated. It's incredibly difficult and time-consuming doing truly chaotic link-building, but avoid doing obvious link-sharing like you're suggesting as its a clear footprint of an engineered link.
