Is there a difference in SEO and linkjuice value being lost if I use "domain.com" or "domain.com/"?

I have searched info about it and found that if you don't use "/" then the server will think that you want to open a file called "domain.com" and when it doesn't find it it will try to search for the "index.php" file from "/" aka root folder or something. It still was confusing for me so forgive me if I got this wrong :D

Anyways, for SEO and link juice purposes, does it matter if I link to "domain.com" or to "domain.com/"?

    Thanks!

No, they're essentially the same URL so it doesn't matter.

URLs containing the slash generally appear to be a more natural link since to produce the version without the slash you usually have to manually type it as the server automatically redirects to /. To produce the version with the slash it's usually a copy/paste job from the address bar. The key is variation.
