Linking Scrapebox to a shell-domain question

I have searched over and over and over, and I cant find the answer I'm looking for, sorry if I overlooked it or didnt use the right search terms.

I know plenty of you vets say not to link the SB posts right to my money page. My question is how do I direct the traffic from the shell domain to my money site. Do you guys do landing pages with a link to your money site? or do you guys typically just redirect the traffic from the shell domain, if you redirect it which redirect do you use? Do redirects pass link juice?

Someone has to know the best answer here. I would love the help.
