Linkedin ranking way higher than other 2.0s

I hope this may be of a little help to you. I was hired to create 20 web 2.0 properties for a C list celebrity married to B list celebrity around 2 years ago. The idea was to counter some of the backlash from accusations that he was a conman -

I picked the top 20 social media sites of the time and registered with his exact name. i.e. myspace.com/namehere. Ironically as the guy bounced a check on me nothing was ever done apart form the basic registration.

I have noticed that his linkedin profile ranks 6 in google serps for "his name" which returns 141,000 results in "_". None of the other sites I built are in the top 100. The page has no one linking to it and links to no one, it beats article from OK Magazine, his RottenTomatoes profile and a bunch of other high ranking blog article with his name in the title.

Just be warned, I live in Hollywood - celebrities want everything for nothing, and often get it. In my opinion they generally make bad clients. There is also the agents, business managers and PR twats to deal with....good luck...

Sounds annoying. Anyways it is very interesting that Linkedin is ranking higher than everything else.
