Is it someone who knows any site or program where you could enter a domain and get all links to that domain and its subdomains ?

example

mydomain.com 14 backlinks
mydomain.com/test 24 backlinks
mydomain.com/temp 1 backlink

I second backlinkwatch.com. The pop-ups are a bit annoying, but once you get around that it's a great tool.

SEOQuake is also a good tool to check backlinks if you don't want to use a website.
