Anyone know anything about this company or their practices? I'm curious because I'm trying to help a friend and it sounds like he doesn't technically own his website and if he discontinues SEO with them he'll lose his website altogether.

Is that right?

Can’t really find the answer on their site, but it does say you have to agree to their terms and conditions when you do business with them, has your friend got a copy of those terms anywhere?

Nope... that was my first question as well.... I guess I could just call them posing as a potential customer and ask.
