If someone is on CregsLxst and see your link in an image (not clickable) and manually types it in the browser, will the affiliate manager know that the lead came from CregsLxst?

    Is this unacceptable, or ok?

I will give thanks for help...hehe

I agree however in my opinion u will have a higher page views with a clickable link...how ever cl frowns upon this so u may want to get a bunch of burn sites to use a squeeze pages before the landing page. If ur ad copy is convincing than u should have a better chance of people typing in the link

This works just like with YT...

To keep the AM from knowing where your traffic is coming from,
if they place your link to their browser, the AM wont see
CL or YT as the traffic source.

With YT .. You just comment in the form of blah (dot) com
and people must type it in their browser..

Be not making the link clickable you're missing out on some traffic. People are lazy, they don't want to have to type in a web address.

Yeah...but any time I comment on YT for booty Vids..
I get lots of hits and conversions..

This is just to add more money in your pocket..
    Not a means of income.

If you make the link clickable they CxL will see it as spam, and block it....how do you get around this?

    That's not true.

Yes you can add links to your ads..

If you are using links to Phish...yes, you will get banned.
Not for affiliate links with domain names.
