Am in the process of putting together 10 blogs to act as a link farm to promote some mini-sites. I'm aware of the precautions that need to be taken in interlinking the farm, but I'm wondering about the connections Google can make from my mini-sites. Each blog in the farm will be hosted on a separate hosting account (separate IPs and C Classes), each with a different domain from a different registrant. None of the sites will be interlinked. However, each of the 10 sites will contextually link (i.e. links in separate posts for each mini-site) to the same 50 mini-sites. One other major consideration is that the 50 mini-sites are spread across only 2 hosting accounts, and all have the same registrant. Do you think Google will... a) Catch on to the fact that each of these 10 blogs link to the same 50 sites, even though there is no connections or links between them? b) Discount the links to the mini-sites due to them all coming from the same sources? Would love to get some input, especially if anyone has any direct experience with these issues. Thanks guys!
