Hi! I have read about some ways to build backlink. They are articles submssion and link wheel
I have a site with fresh and unique content already. Now I want to use article submission. Then I spin my article to create some articles and submit to articles directories or create some blog like wordpress, blogger....
Is that effective or I have to create some really unique articles not to spin my article before?

Yes it is effective. Most of us spin content all the time.

All of my tier 1 properties that I create manually (the ones that link to my money site directly) have the original articles that I am using for linkbuilding, and anything beyond that uses spun content from those articles. I think it's more a quantity over quality thing at that point, but it is important to pay attention to the uniqueness of your spun articles. Some people use spun content for all their properties and it works fine for them.

All's worth for off page seo. First, you need to do on page seo first then you can build backlinks from other sources, I mean off page seo.
From my experiences, I found some value from here:
    - Article submission (submit the original ones to ezinearitlces then spin them to create more article and submit to autoapprove directories for anchor backlinks...)
    - Blog comment (I built 10,000 blog comments by outsourcing for around 40buck)
    - Backlinks from profiles using Xrumer
    - Use OnlyWire, submit rss feed, bulkping, pingomatic...
    - Submit press release to the 20 free PR sites and the share your PR to hundreds of sites after months
    - Create backlinks from web 2.0 sites like blogger, wordpress, squidoo, hubpage, wiki...

Let me know if you need more help!
    Thanks

I could be helpful; I am not much sure about it. I recommend you to try at least as it will make you more experienced.
