I think if you are having an e-commerce website, you need to have a different strategy.

The first thing is like you need to target multiple category pages and also you need to have a proper strategic plan. And the next thing in the plan should be having different types of e-commerce websites backlinks, including your homepage, products, and even you need to cover your blog spots.

And specifically for the homepage, I would suggest you to get high quality links from authoritative websites in your niche. And this could be anywhere like mixing up with local business directories, reputable blogs, and you can also do some publication.

And don't forget to make sure you have a steady link velocity.

Like for the first week, you need to do only 2 to four 4 quality links and a minimum of 10 to 12 per month. Now, this is not a perfect link velocity, but for a new site, I would go this phase for the first month and then I slowly increase the speed. And for category pages, I would go for a similar approach, but I look for links from the websites that are specific categories in your niche. For example, if you have a dog's category, I would get links from the dog sites. And if you have a cat category, I would get links from the cat sites.

I'll go like with the same format as homepage velocity for this at the beginning, like one to two links per week for category and four to eight links for each category page.

And I would leave the product pages at the beginning. They can benefit from the links they are getting from the categories. I would go very slow for the product pages. And I would suggest you to reach out for the bloggers and influence in your industry for the product pages. And finally, mainly focus on high quality blogs. Don't go for any low quality spammy blogs and make sure to promote your blog posts on social media and and also on other bloggers in your niche.

I think by following this plan, you can slowly gain the rankings of e-commerce website in Google.

Hope that helps :)

PBN links are allowed for ecommerce?

In the beginning, build links for only the homepage and category pages.

Do it like this, 30% for the homepage and 70% for category pages, your product pages will get benefits too from the links you build for category pages.

Start with the foundation links for diversity then slowly start building guest posts, niche edits, and PBNs links for your e-commerce site.

PBN links are allowed for ecommerce?

PBN Links are allowed for any type of website until its built with proper systems to escape from google. Dont build only PBN links, you will get easily caught. I would say to build 1 to 2 PBN Links: For Every 10 (Guest Outreach, Publications, etc) Other Links for safety.

If you are buying from sellers, you have no guarantee but there some good sellers in BHW marketplace.

Again there are different type of strategies, i just want to be safe before getting hit from another google update. Everybody will have their own speed and choice of links.

Building links for an ecommerce site means getting different kinds of websites to link to your pages. For homepage, try to get links from trusted sources in your industry. Category pages can benefit from links in directories and relevant blogs. Product pages should aim for links from review sites and social media. Blog posts can attract links naturally by creating helpful content and reaching out to influencers and other websites. The key is to get quality links that help your site rank better in SERPs. Hope it helps. :)

Hi,

Dont forget to check spam score for backlining provider website also.
Most of peoples does mistake and they only make backlinking for home page only.
You need to get 30% to 40% backlinking for home page and remaining for category and product pages.
Also dont make all do-folow. at least 10% needed no-follow.

All the best for your eComerce business.
regards
