I'm thinking about blasting a few of my sites with several thousand links, using one of the services on BHW. I know that personal sites can get removed the the index, but what about Social Media Profiles.

For example my facebook, myspace, linkedin, youtube, etc.

If I blast those pages with links, will they be removed from the Google index?

Those used to be good to get ranked easily but now you'll probably just get your accounts terminated. Youtube especially was great for a while. The best was justin.tv though.

Its a very low comp niche. Someones name, and I'm trying to pop the engtive article out. I've tried basic link building from blogs, but ive only moved it one spot. I assumed that if I could just build some links on the social media profiles that they would move up.

nothing will happen because we 2.o sites such as those you mentioned are safe to be link blasted and YT does not ban videos for link building.
