I'm having a lot of problems with Instagram in the last few months. Instagram seems to have made major changes that limit the amounts of use that can be done on a web browser, such as Chrome. Some of my accounts have received notifications that require me to change my password or require me to submit a selfie video. At first, I thought the problem was an extension that I use to watch Instagram Live videos but I receive these errors even when simply looking at normal posts of pictures or videos and downloading them with another extension.
Do any of you have experience with these problems or can help me understand how I can avoid these problems. I'm using no automation. I'm not a marketer but I like to save a lot of pictures and videos from Instagram and would like help from people here who can help me understand how I can avoid my accounts from getting blocked or banned. I do not see much good information online for people like me and when I search about these issues on Google, I notice that the people here have good advice that overlaps with my use of Instagram. If anyone can help me who is an expert in this area, I'm willing to pay for good advice for private chats too.
