My paypal account just turned limited, they told me that due to some sort of illegal acts, well I don't know what they are talking about. Can anybody help me restore it again just to get the money? What are my options on this to lift the limitation? Hope someone could help me on this.

there should be a better alternative to pp.
i've heard sooo many complaints that i'd
never use them unless i really had to.

Fax or upload documentation (that is what i get, I need to upload a utility bill for that account, the problem is that I dont have any bill that has my name on it)

I hear that you can use VCC on this? can I use it?

Dude you are on long 'legal mess', you HAVE to provide them with the documents proving your address. Otherwise they won't open it ever.

I had this experience.

Can VCC help me on this? Or do I have bills named after me to make this work. Did you resolve this matter?

I had the same problem with gaypal after I sold some things on egay. Find a friend with a utility bill where you're from and think photoshop. Worked for me.

yep.... photoshop something similar then you fax it to them and they are none the wiser.....

Dude, don't worry too much... as long as your Paypal account is in your correct name and you gave them your actual address, Just scan or use a digital camera to take a picture of one of your bills and upload it to them.

My account got limited three weeks ago because I tried to access it through a proxy. I uploaded a copy of a bill along with my ID and within 24hrs the limitation was lifted. Just submit to them the document they requested.
