I do business with a lot of people in a lot of different cultures and am uber glad I do as I learn tons that way.

BHW encompasses a boatload of different cultures and lifestyles so it makes sense to take a few step backs when making a post or doing business on this site.

Realize and recognize that the seller may not be from your country and may not communicate the way you are used to in terms of communication.

That DOES NOT make him/her a scammer or a bad person it could b just communication.

They way one communicates may/should/will be different 99% of the time if the person that you are communicating with is from a different culture so realize that in your business actions.

On the other hand, take some time and learn other cultures so you know how they live and cater to them in your business dealings.

i also agree that just because someone can't write english properly, it doesn't mean that they don't know what they're doing.

i will admit, that's one thing that i used to think. and it's unfair.

since being on here it has opened my eyes. just because i can't understand completely what someone's trying to say due to the language difference, that doesn't mean that they don't have the same abilities/capabilities as someone who speaks the same language as me.

it's difficult to learn a new language, i'm trying to learn one myself at the moment. it's harder than i thought.

we're all on this forum for the same reason, and i really like it! :D

Well said BTB; I took an international business course a few years back, and it's definitely helped me in business dealings with people from all ends of the Earth.
