    I was just doing some research on WF when I came across this video on a landing page;



    It reminds me a bit of pareto's principle....80/20 rule. I luv stuff like that :p

    While everyone else is working 40+ hours a week, I build a system and only work 4 hours and get as much done :D

    to get fit you have to train in all intensity levels. and that in certain percentage
    most people tain to low and for sure a certain part o your training should be in the anerobe - full power - aerea as well.

    I've been doing this on and off for a while. I think it was originally developed in Japan for the speed skating team. six minute workout sounds like a piece of piss. try it, you will be bolloxed for an hour afterwards. Gets the heart pumping though so its mega cardio.

    It makes me wonder why the trainer himself is obese...

    In 6 minutes you can not even properly warm up so this, again, is just a marketing trick.
    Of course, it is better than not doing anything at all but you can't compare it to an intense 1 hour long workout.

    Who says the trainer lives by his own teaching?

    There is a saying "do as I say, not as I do.", maybe that's his philosophy!


    Any ways.... Watch that video carefully, the guy that did it for 5 weeks showed huge improvement after those 5 weeks, you could clearly see he had lost weight. So I would not brush this off so quickly. Give it a try for 1 month, 6 min. 3 times a week and see for yourself.
