LF script that finds local outdated WP sites

I'm not really sure if this is the right section to post this, but I was wondering if anyone knows or has a script that can Search the meta generator tag in WordPress websites.

I would need this because I'm starting a WordPress maintenance company in the EU and would like to find websites using WP that is outdated and then contact those companies with my services.

So far I've been doing this manually,
Googling for example on 'inurl:.de/wp' and then going through the source code, but it takes ages to build a mailing list like that any help or scripting possibility would be Very welcome.

I would try to contact a botmaker that can setup a script like that for you. Shouldn't be too expensive.
