Set up some domains in GSC, possibly spreading them over multiple accounts. Make sure there's indexable content on those domains, auto news posting is fine, and at least some minimal backlink building has been done for initial spidering. Then, set up 301 redirects from these domains to the third party urls you want to index (eg. yourproxydomain.com/your-redirect.php -> thirdpartydomain.com/your-parasite/), and request indexing of these redirects. This is probably the easiest way to force Googlebot visits, though YMMV.

is this still effective? i tried this but i did not get a good result, my site is also approved by google news which made my article to appear on google search in few minutes or hours,
but when i 301 redirect to my parasite i want to index it still won't get indexed.

Using google indexing API linked with GSC works well for my sites .

It is certainly less effective than in the past few years. But it still remains the most straightforward method for 'forcing' a Googlebot visit to third party urls.

Using GSC Api can index a link but it will be deindexed after 2 weeks! Did you check in your case?

I've found it to be more effective if you link to your redirect from an article/comment on the domain you are using for indexing purposes, as well as requesting indexing of the redirect. If an url remains orphaned it'll usually eventually drop out of the index, even if it was previously indexed via GSC.
Do you have any recomendation for premium indexers for medium articles? Some of my articles get indexed without any problem (doing nothing, just waiting 1-2days) but others never Index. I tried GCS 301 redirect method but It doesnt Index.

#1 - Make sure the article in question is indexable - medium freely slaps on noindex tags to it's pages, better to make sure it can get indexed before trying.

You need to make sure that the articles are unique and well structured. If it is a long term project don't use AI generated articles. Do proper internal linking, promote your articles on social media, build backlinks & if needed you can try indexing services as advised.
