I'm reading and learning about cpc and I need to set this straight

If the competition is low but cpc is high - Then targeting that keyword is bad?

If the competition is normal and cpc is normal - Keyword is decent?

If the competition is normal or high but cpc is low - Keyword is great?

And this... A keyword with 60k searches (High comp.) on bing cpc is 0.26$ is this considered good or bad? I think it's halfway decent?

Have you done research involving your seo competition and seeing what sites are ranking for that keyword? As far as optimizing for adsense I would say it would be a good main target keyword but only for the traffic and maybe finding some buying intent in there, if people are paying that low for it I imagine it is a curiosity keyword or something else.

You want the highest cpc and traffic with the lowest competition, That would be a golden keyword.

I think maybe you have information overload or maybe not reading the right advice.

First see the competition in different keywords and average cpc, see what keywords area actually converting, then you should decide on what keywords you should home on, this will come with bit of research.

don't rely completely on search volume. adwords publish their ads on sites too. people won't necessary be typing those keywords on google, but they can be browsing site which contains them.
