Hello guys, today I was looking through sitepoint marketplace and found this listing.

Ok, this is cool, but dont look his stats and stuff, what is really interesting is that his site http://acai-burn.biz/ ranks #3 in google?
How is this possible?? I mean, he has one article, its all uncategorized, only 146 backlinks, google has indexed 7 pages from this site and this even doesnt use postname urls?
How is this done, where is the catch, not that Im going to buy this, but really, what is the deal?
he states that he used Seo services
"The SEO work on the site was done using several services I am a member of such as 1waylinks.net (the main one), 3waylinks, traffic kahuna and linkumate. "
Are they really so good or something?
The backlink list is not so impressive either, but HOW?
