I'm planning to invest some money with my friend to produce HIGH quality ebooks and promote them on amazon, clickbank and the soon to come google ebook store.

We want to outsource everything, depending on the money we have and make 50-100 ebooks.

Can you share your experiences in similar kind of stuff?

How many words per ebook is optimal in your opinion? Is there a better place to outsource than GAF?

I like writing ebooks and have numerous products over the years--some flops and some are pretty good, still paying me after years since writing them.

Just wondering... What sort of titles are you and your partner(s) going to crank out? If you outsource the content, how is this going to be high quality; I'm asking who are you going to outsource to, in order to achieve the "HIGH" quality?

So you are going to oursource ''everything''? Does that mean you are going to hire some Indians and tell them to ''write an e-book about money making'' or what?

Seems like you have the writing part figured out. Except how the fuck do you outsource high quality writing of 50-100 "high" quality e-books. Why don't you just get on the phone & call every author & writer you can find & say you would like them to write an e-book on a subject of their expertise & market it online for them. In return for your marketing services you take a percentage of the profits.

You really want to do this? Easy, but there's a few things you should know:

    • Forget GAF. Tried their writers before, they're all sucky. Even if you offer a decent amount of money, all your going to get is someone that will get the same job done for less than once cent a word, and outsource it.
    • You're gonna have to deal with DP. There's a whole different mindset in there (blackhat=bad), so watch out for your reputation.
    So with that in mind:

    1. Make regular posts in the CopyWriting section first (to build your reputation as a writer). Just pretend like you're a writer, and follow along with their threads as best you can. Try and come up with some opinions/ideas that would interest them. You don't really have to prove you can write anything.
    2. Read through some forums and find a thread that the community seemed to love. If the idea is good (sellable) and unique (DP-lovable), and go with it.
    3. Hire someone to write the the e-book (DigitalPoint) from the forum thread. Use RedTide's method to review the author (send them a sample article to re-write, don't accept their pre-written ones). Offer it as a job in the BST section with a reasonable price. There's a lot more supply than demand there (more writers than buyers), so the writers go nuts for even the suckiest jobs.
    4. Write the sales page. I personally don't think it's worth outsourcing this. Just browse through ClickBank, and find a good looking one. Then go to file>>>save as in your browser, and save a copy of it. Just change the words up a little so it fits your topic, and people don't recognize it. Try changing the colors/fonts a little too. Could be done in about 20 minutes, especially if you can use the images that are there.
    5. Once the e-Book is completed, throw it up on DP's Clickbank section (under affiliate marketing). Once they find out you wrote an eBook for ClickBank that's topic is kind of original/sellable, they'll go mad to promote it for you (for their commissions). Think about the crap that's on ClickBank. It's very difficult to find something decent to promote.
So now you have an E-book you didn't write, copied the idea, and stole someone else's salespage to promote it. You've also got a bunch of people that want to promote it for you. So I'd consider the below stuff optional:

    • Make a big list of topic-related forums. Outsource some forum posters to come up with decent posts (again, DP).
    • Make a big list of topic-related blogs. Either outsource this or have a bot that does it for you. (in fact, that's my next development project, the Akismet-friendly comment-spam bot).
    • YouTube videos. Make a presentation, then use a paid traffic service to get a large quantity of views to it (I think it runs along the lines of $10 per 10,000 views). Careful though, the service provider must allow YouTube videos & have their PTC people stay on the page for at least one minute.

Moronic> I'm astonished with your comment, it was really helpful.

I was thinking about GAF, but I will reconsider it now.

The method is golden, the only problem is to get a quality writer really X_X. Thanks for all ideas guys.

I like this idea but won't you get caught for copying the sales page, I think the original owner can see you copied and edited there site.

The best idea I've seen is from an Internet marketing course I read about (I think it was Niche Profit Classroom).

    1. Go to Amazon and find a book or books on the topic you have chosen. Shoot for the bestselling ones in the field. Copy the Table of Contents, or mix them up a bit if you look at more than one (recommended). Lots of research has already gone into this outline by the publishers, so you don't have to work so hard at it.

    2. Outsource research for your ebook, but insist that it be according to the chapter structure you arrived at. You want electronic documents, photocopies from libraries, images, tables, etc.

    3. Outsource someone else to write the ebook based on the research in step 2. Do not use the same person who did the research to write the ebook.

The idea is that although there are 2 costs involved, it should be cheaper by dividing it up than getting one person to do both.

Find the best quality researchers and writers you can... college kids, developing countries, etc. Look around outsourcing sites and forums.

This should give you a high-quality ebook through outsourcing.
