Ok go forward to have success in your journey

What's important:
- High Adwords Competition (If it's high that means people are paying a lot to be seen)
- Decent CPC (Average CPC should be $1.5-$2.5 everything above is great)
- Low Competition

I always do well with the first two points but no way getting to the third one.

I chose a KW with the details below....

Keyword analysis : Health Related (my favorite subject as I am a graduate on the subject)
Monthly search : 4400
Competition : High
PPC : 3.93$

SEOsamurai says it's 'EASY"....no allintitle, no allinurl. I did competition analysis but I can't decide that I should go with it or not.
