Let users of my membership site register emails on my dot com?

Is there a script that would make an email log in and registration option - I am using WPMU.
Maybe just the creation. I guess they could use webmail...

Also, if this belongs in membership sites, please move.

I don't know of such thing, so maybe you'd have better luck hiring a developer.
