Lenient Dedicated Servers?

We are looking for a dedicated server for e-mailing and possibly to host a few sites. Please note all of our e-mails are opt-in. However, we do send out a few unsolicited e-mails in reference to service we offer (very few). We have never had a complaint in this area.

Does anyone know where we can get a dedicated server possibly in Russia. We are looking for a lenient individual or company that has a server.

www.2x4.ru for bulletproof russian hosting.

I can't seem to find their e-mail address no where. It looks like this place is a difficult to use, I could be wrong though. Have you've ever used this place and if so how is their support and etc?
