Legit iPhone 4g / iPad Seller

Lots of people sell apple devices way under the retail price. Back of a truck style, it is a scam, but it's not always at your expense, many people used to scam apple care if they had access to a workplace which sold iphones. Some people scammed thousands of iphones worth over 1m, but they didn't come with chargers (apple send out an iphone without a charger under warranty). If you're buying anything dodgy, use a credit card through paypal and if worst comes to worst you can do a chargeback.

I agree. The old saying "If it's to good to be true, then it must be." definitely applies here (thats probably why its an old saying).

The only thing that gets me, is that the person that contacted me, is a reputable seller here on BHW for another product (he wrote that program though).

I won't put him on blast here cause maybe he is legit and this website isn't.. who knows. But I know I am not risking my hard earned money on that chance.

I agree and yes I think they took his site down due to finding out what he had done... But who knows.. I hope his business is stopped from now on.

So, after waiting patiently for the item that I purchased from another thread to work properly, and working with the seller, he clearly posted that "it works" (when by his own example it doesn't) and that he is not issuing any refunds for that product (and LOTS of people want them, not just me). He claimed he lost $1850 from another project that he was working on... SO I thought it was time to name that member who offered me the iphone deal... DIZZSPACETEAM
He is scamming a bunch of us on a program that is BETA at best, claims it works, and refuses to refund to ALL of us that want it (we all can't be wrong, and only him right).

So here is the skype message he messaged me.

If you check it's a real company, registered and all, and they're a UK company, you're legally covered. As long as you have some kind of proof of order, they'd be legally liable for your money either way. Don't necessarily be scared to make an order just because it seems too good to be true. I'm not saying companies like that are often legit, but it is a fact there's double dealings all over the world. Apple would never say it publically, but they sell to their own umbrella companies who then sell to other companies at a greatly reduced price. This way Apple's sales prices are always the same, but they can take agreements from companies for MASSIVE guarantees. This is what stores like Netto and Lidl does from brand name foods. It's why they can offer the same products for nothing. There's a company based in London, that sells one model of iPhone 4, the MC605BA one, VERY cheaply, but they sell quietly, to a handful of loyal customers and they sell in serious bulk. I've personally seen a shipment. The term "scam" is over-exaggerated these days, good business comes from trial and error.

JimmyCarter, I got your PM but I can't reply. My statistics hasn't seemed to take my PM limit off yet. Their name is Cikona Trading. You can find them on the alibaba site.

Fair warning now, they have a high MOQ so that accounts for their cheap prices to a point. As for the M model, it's the part number of the UK unlocked 32gb. I checked myself as I was interested in making an order but didn't have the money needed. All i can tell you is i have seen an order from them purchased by a good friend of mine, with invoices. He bought their sample MOQ and it's legit.

@AJWeaver

Thanks for such a prompt reply. I have taken a look at their "Alibaba" page and done some research into the model oh the phones. Funnily enough there is hardly any info about the "MC605BA" or of its authenticity but I am very interested. I will be contacting the number I found hopefully enough for a "sample". Its a shame the MOQ is so high. But as "Cikona" are, I am too based in London, I will let you know what happens.

Yeah, I found that it's a fairly minimal percentage of the worldwide selections, but I also saw on UK receipts posted online that it's the model number sold in UK apple stores. I agree that it's a shame, but at the same time, I expect that from companies offering truly lower prices.

Good luck with them.

All i know to get an authorized Iphone license in usa , u must at $300.000 , same thing with getting like nike authorized shoes dealer for getting authentic jordan , kobe lebron ,.. at least u need to buy bulk pairs up to minimum 5000 pairs.

Never buy electronics at very low price. It is impossible because of the business chain - manufacturers, distributors, resellers. Al the famous brands are selling only trough authorized distributors and than distributors are selling to authorized resellers. It happens some time to find stock sellers with lower prices who get unsold stocks from distributors, but this never happens for hot selling products - like apple products :)

Hey everyone. Yes I have been scammed by a guy claiming he gets iPhone 4 and iPad 2 for alot cheaper than retail. I felt like such a fool but I reported to the police so whenever he comes to NY he's going to owe me money. But then I found a website that had a whole list of suppliers. Gosh it was like a dream and they have all been checked for vertified for before they were put on the list. They are pretty good and suppliers from all around the world. But they are all pretty but their prices are close to retail price. So I sell them but with a smart cover. They do exist guys you just gotta do your research. If you want more info PM and I will send you to my website. I sell legit iPhones 4 and iPad 2. And reasonable prices.

Oops excuse my typos but I do sell iPad 2 and iPhone 4. Close to retail but you definitely real apple products. That's what's important. If you think that the people are selling apple products for cheap. What's that saying you pay for what you get. If you buy for cheap mostly you will get a cheap product. These scammers are getting good guys don't be fooled be above that. I am not trying to advise I am speaking from experience. When you buy from me you are buying legit apple products. If you have any questions pm me if you can't pm just write on the wall.

Oh and I have a return policy. If you take it to the apple store and they can't prove it's real you send me the iPhone back and I will refund your money. Scammers try to not have return policy because they know they can't prove of authencity. Ok now I am done ha lol
