I was thinking of selling social media profiles along with a bit of a twist on 7878's method and general ORM. However, it's really mucky what is legal, and what is not when it comes to making money with social media.

With Facebook, I can set up pages as an authorized representative, but I'm not sure if I can make money off it.

    The sites I'm thinking about:

    Facebook
    Twitter
    Youtube
    Pinterest
    Tumblr

I want business owners to have a clear view of their online reputation, and social media is a big part of that. Maybe I should just offer social media monitoring?

Does anyone have any experience with this? I prefer to stay legal, even if I don't agree with the legality.

Obviously, you all aren't lawyers and I will keep that in mind. :)

I setup social media sites on behalf of clients quite often. Perfectly legal.
Make sure your lawyer sets up a legal document, and you are fine.

edit: Just saw your list of Sites; I can only speak for FB and Twitter.
