If I run a simple auction site where I help sellers find buyers and they deal directly with each other what kind of responsibilities do I have? Primarily I'm worried about scammers. If I say something along the lines of "Use caution bla bla bla deal at your own risk bla bla I'm not responsible for any loses/scammers bla bla if you have problems you need to go to your chosen payment processor and file a chargeback" would that be sufficient to basically makes sure that if anyone gets scammed it's their own fault? Or do I still have some sort of obligation to chase scammers etc.

Are there any other legal issues I should be worried about? Also, I can base it in US or UK. UK would probably be less hassle legally.
